Nutritious hot meals prepaired by experienced cooks and delivered by volunteers to your house for lunch. This service, offered at a very affordable rate, aims to improve the quality of life of seniors and people convalescing at home.
Who can benefit from this ?
Anyone with temporary or permanent loss of autonomy as well as people 65 years of age and older

Frequency
Weekdays: Monday to Friday morning
You can also order extra frozen meals as needed

1 main course 5$ 1 complete course: main course, soup and dessert 6$
